Terms and conditions for All Access Monthly Membership
- A one-time registration fee of $49 includes a resistance band.
- Discounts and coupons apply to the first month only. All other months will be full price.
- After the first payment, auto-pay will continue on a monthly basis.
- Membership holds or cancellations must be communicated by emailing baltimorecity@fit4mom.com at least seven days before your next billing date.
- All plans are non-transferable and non-refundable.
