Terms and conditions for All Access 3-Month Membership
- Any sales apply to the first payment only. All other months will be full price.
- Auto-pay will continue every three months.
- Membership holds or cancellations must be communicated by emailing baltimorecity@fit4mom.com at least seven days before your next billing date.
- All plans are non-transferable and non-refundable.
